I wouldn't recommend these guys to my worst enemies. They did a terrible job on the entire install. They do not respond to calls and they do not return calls in any type of timely fashion. They did a backsplash in my kitchen and it looks terrible, the grout is terrible my outlets and plugs are covered in grout in the whole world thing looks very poorly done. I took their recommendations on the floor install and it also looks poorly done they were rushed because they were leaving for vacation and my install took the hit for it. I had to go back to Lowes and they sent somebody out to take pictures and look at the install and eventually we had to have a another installer to finish the job. There were cuts on walls, door jams were cut beyond repair, trim pieces were cut uneven and crooked. The job was finally done two months later!

They were contracted through the company that I bought the carpets from. They originally sent unqualified and unprofessional people to install the carpets, and they did a completely unprofessional job. They did not clean up after themselves. It was a very negative experience to have them come back and correct it; they eventually did come back and redo the job correctly. I would not recommend them to others and would not use them again in the future.
