+ -1 morePrimo. Can't speak for their pool service, but if you need a gas, pellet, electric, or woodburning fireplace insert, New Way is the way to go.
Description of Work: I purchased an Avalon fireplace insert from them in early September. It was installed by my chimney sweep. After three months of use, the gasket that seals the fireplace door came loose. This was obviously a manufacturer's defect, not theirs. It required some gasket sealer, available from only a handful of area suppliers, and nor easily found on the internet. (When searching "high temp silicone gasket seal" on Home Depot and Lowes, I got 10-20 pages of kitchen, bath, and window sealers, but no high temp furnace sealers. So I called Robbie. Robbie was here, with sealer and fixed it within four hours. A real Santa Claus.
