Ive used a different company previously and I learned through hiring Horizon that my previous plumber was seriously taking advantage of me financially as Horizon charged me half as much and was quick and cleaned up after himself. Im a real customer i live in Henrietta and Horizon really exposed how other companies take advantage of people.

Matthew is an amazing professional that has the best, honest pricing. Not knowing the trade, I appreciated him taking the time to thoroughly show and explain to me why and what needs repairing. It is very apparent that customer service and satisfaction are of utmost importance to him. I have already referred him and plan to use his business in the future.

My old water heater blew a leak on Thanksgiving morning. I contacted Home Advisor and received a call from New Horizons within one hour. Within two hours I had my quote. The other two contractors did call but the price was what I expected so I went with the most punctual.

Matt worked hard to find ways to make things better but keep costs low. He worked quickly and efficiently. We changed some pipes and fittings when it was cheap and practical but also reused hardware that was still in good shape. Even with a bigger tank footprint he was able to install it to take up less space and make all the controls easier to reach or use. He was clear in explaining what he was doing and why and he made sure we understood how everything with the new hot water heater worked including regular maintenance. Throughout, he treated my wife with the same respect he treated me. He followed up later in the day to make sure we were happy and everything was working well. We grabbed some of his cards so we could recommend him to friends and family. We are extremely pleased.

Matt did an incredible job removing our old kitchen sink and disposal and installing our new composite sink and goose neck faucet!! His work ethic was outstanding! He kept me informed every step from driving to our home and then through the last bit of clean up! I was so impressed , my wife and I are planning to hire Matt to finish a downstairs bathroom and for a tankless water heater! We will be referring Matt to anyone we know that may need heating, plumbing, cooling, and electrical projects. Well done Matt!! Oh yeah, the cost for the work was right in line with the estimate!! There were no surprises!!
