Matt Burt, the owner, is a treasure. He stays until the job is perfect. He knows what he is doing, his price is reasonable and I will be calling him for more work. I trust him. In this day and age, that is worth everything. I feel like I have a new kitchen and bathroom.

I am disappointed. At first at the beginning of the job the performance and customer service were wonderful. Then there was a 2nd part that needed to be completed. The customer service after that was horrible. My phone calls to both the owner and the office were not returned. I had to go with someone else.

Matt came right over as soon as I called. He explained everything he was doing and why the problems happened. He took great pride in his work and answered all my questions. I would highly recommend this company I am planning on hiring him for more projects.

They were WONDERFUL. Very professional and competent. Tried to take care of my needs while obtaining my unit (supplier closed to due holiday) by providing me with a portable air conditioner. They arrived on time and worked without breaks to get my new unit installed quickly. They were also able to take on the challenge of upgrading an old system in a very cost efficient manner. High praise across all aspects of the job. I would highly recommend their services!

We panicked when we lost our air in a hot spell. Went on home adviser's site and within an hr the tech was here and done. We paid less than $200 and r very happy with the experience.

Very very honest contractor with extensive knowledge of his trade. He made every effort and then some to address all of my issues. He not only fixed the problem but also gave me some pointers about other things and saved me some money with a bogus warranty plan I was subscribed to. Please do yourself a favor and hire him, you won t be disappointed.

My ac was down and it was almost 90 in my house. They came that day, for a great price, and i couldnt have asked for better customer service. Will definitely use them again!

Knowable and respectful

Matt Burt promptly returned phone call choosing to come immediately arriving 1 hour later. (commute 30 min). Pleasant and courteous, he didn't have correct capacitor (A/C unit older than expected) but using creative troubleshooting, was able to use 2 capacitors as a temporary fix to get unit on-line. Well appreciated in 96 degree heat! A permanent solution within 1 week is expected. Fair pricing. Pleased and would willingly recommend him to others.

I was contacted immediately and received follow up quickly, easy going, provided insight and other options without pushing or "selling" you something. Was able to install next day (started my request after 4PM day before). Communicated when on the way, fast, efficient, appropriate COVID-19 precautions taken. Friendly, in and out as quickly as possible. Right on quote and almost half of the quote received from the "big box store" I bought the heater from. Definitely recommend and will use again.
