Matt was fast and thorough. He did our water heater and then we had him do a toilet replacement and a garbage disposal replacement. He had all jobs done quickly and left no mess. I would definitely recommend New Horizons for any plumbing needs.

Matt was great. He was VERY responsive and communicated about scheduling better than any contractor I have ever used! He was on time and his work was high quality.

Matt got everything I wanted done very quickly. He is going to come back in the fall to do some very extensive porch redesign for me. I was very pleased overall with the work Matt did for me. I am amazed that he is so well versed in all phases of home services - i.e. plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, furnace and AC servicing.

Matt was great! Showed up on time, did our electric outlets, spark module for furnace, cleaned our pellet stove, and showed me how to operate it! Very helpful and friendly.

Matt was very friendly. He explained everything that he was going to do and looked for ways for us to save money without cutting corners. He is a good worker and even went a little extra for us. I would recommend him to anyone who needs help.

Estimate for work and actual final bill was close, a little over, but he worked to insure satisfaction of a job well done. Appreciate the work ethic Matt brought to the job. Especially since it was for a place very important to my wife.
