Called and scheduled Wednesday at 5:30, Karen called the same day and rescheduled on Thursday. I waited until 6pm on Thursday, no show so I called. She apologized and said they are finishing a project. Rescheduled on Friday same time, still no show, no phone call. I called her three times, no response. My advise is don’t make the commitment if you cannot keep it. Very unprofessional. They give me an impression that my time is not valuable.

Great work. Had two decks built, 16x22 in the back yard, and 12x8 in the front door/porch area. Great pricing, quick turnaround from initial estimate to completed deck.

Dream Work Designs did an absolutely AMAZING job. The owners were very understanding of our needs and wants. We told them our vision and they created it. From first contact all the way through completion they stayed in constant communication as to status of construction. Plus they finished when they said they would, even though code inspections and rain caused a few days of work delays. Everything turned out better than we could have ever imagined. Definitely recommend!!!!

New deck construction

They did a TERRIBLE job! They got an "A" for showing up because they wanted my money, of course! The work was sloppy. First, they did NOT apply for the permit from the Village of Brockport & never got the required approval. They needed part of my money up front to buy the material because they were broke. They splashed tar on the side of the house near the eaves while they were tarring the roof. They did NOT clean up after themselves. The job was done last summer (2019) and I am still picking up rusty nails and old pieces of roofing to date. Worst of all, my carport roof LEAKS!! During the recent rains, it has started to pour underneath! When we checked the roof, there are gaps between the shingles and some shingles have started to bubble up!? I am so DISGUSTED with their work!

Dream Work Designs did a great job on our project. They took time to answer all our questions and assured us that they would be there for us if we ever have any concerns. Friendly and very competitive prices. Thanks for making a great space for our family to enjoy the outdoors!

Brian and his team were great! They made sure we were 100% happy with our new deck and were very flexible as we made some changes during the process. They were friendly and thorough. Karen was great at communicating every step of the way from start to finish. Would definitely hire again for other jobs and would recommend them for any project. Overall great experience! Final project is just what we wanted and looks beautiful!

Dream Works Design is the perfect name for this company. They are a dream to work with and the outcome of the restoration and renovation is a dream come true. I will definitely hire this great team again! A+++++

Dream Works Design not only had an extremely fair quote for doing our deck but the work was Outstanding! The quality of workmanship and attention to detail are the best I seen in any contractor. Add to that they are always communicating their work schedule and are extremely friendly and always willing to hear your input on the project. Amazing from start to finish. The conversation started more than 4 months ago to get this job on the calendar. Despite the winter months, Karen kept in touch with me periodically, to make sure that I knew that they didn't forget about me. They were able to start the job a few days earlier than anticipated, and it was done in a couple less days than they had initially planned for. The entire crew (mostly family) were professional, on-time and couldn't have asked for a better contractor! Would highly recommend and wouldn't hesitate to hire again.

DWD did a great job in difficult weather conditions. Were complete by the deadline date.. Would work with them again.

They were EXCELLENT!!! I absolutely LOVE my front porch...They jacked up the porch and replaced the deck boards as well as secured the post on my back deck.....I have no more water problems and I feel safe and secure on my porch My neighbors loved their work and now I can entertain without worrying about the porch collapsing They will be doing my back deck next!!!!!!!

Brian and Karen were wonderful to work with. They were not only receptive to "tweaking" the finished product but gave ideas how to do so and came back after the project was done to add more details that were not in the original agreement.

Dream Work Designs was excellent! They contacted me right away to set up a meeting for an estimate. They were able to complete the work within our timeframe. We hired them the day we met them because we liked their product, price, but most of all their honesty and openness about the project and the business. They said their main goal was to make us happy, and they stood by that throughout the entire process. They are excellent communicators and responded promptly if we had questions. They even came back to our house before construction with some more trex samples because they didn’t feel as though we loved the original color we chose. In the end, our deck looks better than we imagined it could. We are now enjoying our summer in the pool, thanks to them!

Karen and Brian have done a great job on delivering the 1st phase of our new deck and looking forward to the next phase going in when we're ready. They dealt with everything from permits to delivery and kept us up to date with everything going on. Thanks guys!
