Great! Solved my problem, educated me on the cause of some other problems and left my garage door in much better shape than it was before he came.

Mr. Koop was very responsive to my questions. He brought a magazine to our consultation for us to pick out a door and was willing to give clear guidance on what he would recommend for our particular house and budget. His estimate for cost and schedule were spot on and he was able to fit our replacement in only 1-2 days after he received the door. The door was installed while I was at work. It looks great and works well. Very easy to work with and the job was well done.

Ed came to replace our garage door which had chewed through its main plastic gear and replace a broken tension set wire on another door. Everything was fixed and working in 1.5hrs. Best prices around too. Would highly recommend.

Ed wanted to come out here in the blizzard I think he had to travel about 40 miles to get to our house to install our garage door. My wife said no way and called to let him know it would be fine to reschedule. Ed was very concerned we would be upset, and we had to reassure him we were fine with a reschedule. So the time was changed to that Saturday in the same week. That Saturday, the temp was minus 10 with windchill, but Ed arrived half hour early and worked alone to get everything done. My wife and I were so impressed by his professionalism, promptness (including return of phone calls, which were returned within minutes) and the end result that we would highly recommend him to anyone. Not only are we very happy with the product but the service which accompanied it was truly outstanding. Thank you Ed!

New Year's eve morning I could not get my garage door up. I wondered if it was stuck to the floor but wasn't sure since we have had problems with this door previously. I called Koop's circa 10:00 am. Ed answered and although hesitant to add another job since it was a shortened holiday schedule, he decided to send someone within 2 hours! John came at 11:30 am. Got the door unstuck (ice build up on seal), checked and oiled both doors, and gave me tips on how to keep door from sticking in cold weather. Wow! What great service! Professional and courteous. I will definitely call them again and share their service info with others.

This was an Angie's List Big Deal: $49 for a garage door tune-up. He provided a thorough inspection and tune-up, and explained as he went, including things to keep an eye on, tips for maintaining my current system, etc. I would definitely use this provider again, and would not hesitate to call him if and when I have any problems.

I purchased a big deal coupon for this company. It was fine. They came on time, did what they needed to do. Gave us some suggestions. It was all very good. They were very kind and quick and they made the adjustments to the current opener. Everything went fine. They didn't need to do anything further than what we requested.

Ed Koop came to our house as scheduled. Was extremely professional and friendly.

A true professional f rom beginning to the end of the job. After he left. I realized if forgot to ask him about garage door opener. He returned, replaced battery and changed code at no charge.

Ed arrived exactly on time. He was very friendly at the same time professional too. Answered all (numerous) questions promptly and provided additional information were required. Did a complete tune up of both the Garage Doors. Advised and installed Clamps to keep the tracks in place. Made sure that both the Garage Doors opened and closed without any problems.

They were great! contacted me by email the day I bought the coupon and called me the second day. Set up appointment a week later and they called to ask if they could come early which was perfect for me. Repairman was courteous, fast and good about explaining what he was going to do and why. If I have other problems, they're the ones I'll call.

One side of garage door track was damaged. They replaced timely the next day and on budget. Small job, but done properly and quickly. Appreciated.

Garage door was noisy and needed routine maintenance. Koops responded quickly to my call and worked around my schedule. Ed arrived on time, immediately diagnosed the issues, made the adjustments, lubricated the door, explained to me how to do the maintenance myself if I wanted - and all in about 20 minutes. He suggested some additional things I could do to address the noise issue but didn't try to sell me on anything I didn't need. I would definitely use Koops again and suggest you do also.
