Moss was growing on one corner of the roof, which was our original reason for calling. We purchased the home about a year ago and by the looks of the siding and roof they had never been cleaned well. Clark and his men showed up at 8am on the dot and set to work moving my plants and deck furniture out of harms way, and they were very careful not to damage any of my plants. We were given a time frame of 2-3 hours, they were done in 2. They pointed out some trouble spots and explained the whats and whys. My house is now sparkling! Just thrilled with the outcome.

Service was outstanding! Results were outstanding! Clark reports that the appearance of the roof will only improve over the next couple of days as the solution continues to work. Clark was truly a gentlemen and professional from start to finish. UPDATE: Considerations...the chemicals used to clean the roof will kill your grass. The gutter downspout areas are dead...the areas along the roof line are dead. The contractor did minimize this problem with collection bags at the downspouts. I am sure it could have been a lot worse but it is unsightly. In march when there is very little grass growth it was not recognizable. Now...a whole different story. Perhaps this is best done in late fall...not sure. Roof looks a whole lot better than it did before the cleaning though.
