Description of Work: Ordered white rose arrangement to be delivered. It's always a bit of a gamble to purchase flowers over the phone. However, I saw a photo of the flowers after they arrived and the bouquet was absolutely lovely.

Description of Work: Needed special occasion arrangement sent out-of-state. Smiley's advised re: price, type of flowers and colors avaliable. They have reliable professional network to depend on when it is necessary to use out-of-area florists. They take the time to understand exactly what is wanted, needed; suggest what may be attractive, appropriate. Also needed a small take-with for local use; very reasonably priced. I usually work with the owner who is always very helpful, patient, professional.
