+ -1 moreI am so thrilled. Quality Care Carpet Cleaners took their time with every spot, moved every piece of furniture I wanted with extreme care. They even turned my area rug just where I wanted which I was not charged for. They were prompt, attentive and were just so pleasant to have in my home. My carpets look and smell great! I Highly recommend them!

+ -1 moreI have area rugs that are big and heavy. Quality Care Carpet Cleaners came to my home rolled them up and took them to their facility and cleaned them. They came back in 5 days and they look beautiful! Great service great price.

+ -1 moreNot well. The first phone call explained that they were bought used and had an oder. The owner said they had a tretment to get the Oder out, no problem. They had the rugs for 2 weeks and one came back wet in worse conviction than when it left. The smell was not any better on ether rug. If they just called and said they couldn't clean the rugs I would have understood. They were argumentative an told us there is no way they would have sent a rug back wet. They implied that we must have gotten it wet. It was a very strange experience and one that I would not like to repeat. Very unprofessional.

+ -1 moreTHE EXPERIENCE WAS GOOD. THE CARPET CLEANER WAS SLOW MOVING BECAUSE HE PAID CLOSE ATTENTION TO DETAIL. THE WORK DONE WAS VERY GOOD. IT WAS DONE EFFECTIVELY AND EFFICIENTLY.
