JFJ Builders, Inc owner, Joe Johnson, responded to my call in a timely manner. His estimate was detailed and timely. He answered all phone calls I made promptly and courteously. During the construction, he kept me appraised of any changes that needed to be made as construction progressed and allowed me to have input on these decisions. His employees were all polite and friendly. My windows were open during this summer renovation and I never heard any foul language or offcolor jokes, though they did seem to enjoy friendly banter. The grounds were kept neat during construction and cleanup was always accomplished at the end of each workday. The end product was amazing and came well within my budget even though I added some items during construction. The work far exceeded my expectations as far as quality and timing. Mr. Johnson appears to use multiple vendors for his supplies, increasing quality and value priced materials. The final price came in at several thousand dollars below other extimates.
