Half way through the first load, two months after initial call and well beyond the window to return, the problem is still there! Didn't fix anything! They refuse to come back out as I withheld a $48 *rescheduled* appointment fee, BECAUSE TWO MONTHS LATER IT STILL DOESNT WORK. You got paid for the work you already completed! Verified by KitchAid! What a racket! Warranty repairs pay out for a base hourly. If it's 5 billable hours and only take you 2, you still get 5. Unprofessional, different information based on who you talk to. What a joke.

arrived on time. courteous friendly.discussed problems we were having with the appliance then went right to work fixing it. on premises for about 2 hours. Definitely would call him again for problems with this and other appliances.

I was referred to them via Frigidaire/Electrolux extended warranty when my 2 year old chest freezer decided to die on July 4th 2012. I called them and I was put on hold for over 3 minutes without break in after a terse and quot;Can you hold?and quot; I decided to disconnect and call back and got their recording saying that they would be closed for the following week (mandatory vaca shut down?) . I got a similar response when I gave them a second go after being given the runaround by F/E for another repair company that was out in E. Syracuse and that has never worked on Frigidaire equipment (so why are they an authorized warranty repair company??) I ended up contacting a local business and having them declare the unit officially dead. Good luck if you can get a response from this company. I hear they're good but that's only if you can contact them in the first place. Bottom line: don't buy Frigidaire appliances that are modern with the R14 EPA-approved crap refrigerant which taxes the compressor.

He came out and looked at the dryer. He told me nothing was wrong with the actual appliance, but there was a problem with the electrical line it was plugged into. He said the line didn't have enough current through it and that I should call an electrician to get the work done. He was very punctual. He was very courteous as well.
