First off, let me say that Teressa in the office is fantastic. She is pleasant, knowledgeable, helpful and always answers the phone during business hours. When I called outside of business hours she returned my calls promptly. She made scheduling the work easy. I asked the owner come over and look at a couple of trees to take down and over the course of a week I ended up taking 12 down in order to clean up the yard and open up space for a pool and for the kids to play. Cranebrook came over on July 1 and went right to work at 7:45am and worked hard until almost 5pm. They don't waste any time, don't stand around and joke, smoke etc... they work hard all day. They are very efficient too. It seems like everyone knows what to do and where to be so when a piece of wood gets cut, someone picks it up and puts it in the shedder immediately. They have great equipment and can knock down lots of trees quickly and clean them up quickly as well. No one stood around at all. They all worked and knew what to do so they could get a lot done. They seemed very well trained. I was so happy at the end of the first day that I asked them to come back when they had time and wanted 5 more trees taken down and stumps ground. They were able to come the very next day and again did a tremendous job. We had 1 tree that must have been 7 feet around. It was huge, next to a fence, next to the house and in power lines, they were able to take down the tree without hitting the fence or anything else and ground the stump down so it looked like it was never there. I called around to other companies before I settled with Cranebrook and originally I picked them because of the price and because Teressa always returned calls. I'm glad I did because I don't believe anyone could do a better job than they did plus their service was excellent and they had the best prices. Don't go to anyone else. Call Cranebrook, you'll be very satisfied.

From the free estimate to the last tree coming down, working with Cranebrook was a great experience. The guys showed up early the first day and got right to work. They were professional, personable, and proficient. Not only did the trees come down much quicker than I expected, the seventy-five foot tree, which was only feet from our house, didn't worry me once. Our little ten month old loved watching the trees come down. Truth be told, I loved watching the trees come down as much as the little one did! They arrived just as early the second day and removed the stumps. Not only will I use Cranebrook again, I will recommend them to everyone I know.

This was an excellent experience. First was the estimate which was given within a day of my initial call. I was told the job would be done within 3-4 weeks and the amount was $350 plus tax to remove the tree, stump, roots and total cleanup. I received a call on 8/31/2012 stating the job was scheduled for 9/4/2012 at 8:00am. The crew showed up on that day and on time and within 60 minutes had the tree down, fed it through the chipper and cleaned up. They returned later in the afternoon to remove the stump and large roots These guys know what they are doing and are very reasonable with what they charge.

They were a bit pricey but they did a good job. They were quick and efficient. They are not the cheapest, it was high compared to other nurseries in the area. I decided to use this company because I was familiar with them. I would use part of their service in the future. I do not think I would use them for tree trimming again but they were excellent with the mulching.

They are an excellent company. If I had to remove any more trees, I will call them again. They were always on time. They did everything I asked them to do. I had a couple of stumps that were sitting in the yard and they did it for me without any additional charge, which was nice. Their price was the best price in this area. I did make several estimates and I went with them. The quality was excellent. They called me back right away and they came right away with an estimate. They set up an appointment. They came here for three days from 8 o'clock in the morning till 5 o'clock in the evening. They were here the whole time working for me and I was watching them out of my window.

Removal of 15 dead Poplars, some 18 inches or more, some very close to house. Used crane and bucket with macho chipper; got done in two days took pride in no lawn damage, really super job and good price. Tony.
