Hired Joe to remodel my bathroom in January. I have a leaking shower, ruined floor and wall. Joe is taking NO responsibility for his work. He has blamed the toilet, the floor company and the manufacturer. Then found the leak himself after running the shower and still refuses to come and fix it. The manufacturer says he skipped steps, that why its leaking. Either way Joe has left us with a destroyed bathroom instead of a remodeled one.

I did go there 3 separate times to figure it out after she had a plumber there who already told [Member Name Removed] that there was no leakes. The drain and the pipes were not leaking. The shower door was leaking under the frame and I went back to caulk everything and told her to wait 24 hours to try it again. They filled the shower base to the cracks the next day and text me that it was still leaking. [Member Name Removed] and her husband did not want to listen to me from the beginning. Her review states that the manufacture told her we skipped steps and the job cost was $5050.00 dollars this is the second review she left. The first one the job cost was $3000.00. I told them I would be more than willing to help fix it change the door whatever they needed or wanted to do but after a I tried to work with them she demanded that i buy a brand new one piece shower and door when that is one I recommend her to do from the beginning. The second recommendation was to tile the floor instead of covering the concrete with plywood. That is why this bathroom had to be redone in the first place because it was already all wet and moldy because you dont cover concrete with plywood. I never blamed the floor guys until they told [Member Name Removed] to fill the shower base up to the cracks. No matter who installed the shower base and door it will not hold water past the cracks. [Member Name Removed] and her husband just are not understanding that. I hate that this is happening but accusing and being disrespectful is not very personal. I was willing to do whatever they wanted to do. I installed what she purchased and picked out against my recommendations.

He went above and beyond and removed not just the debri from the job he was completing but he also cleared out the unwanted things that the previous tenants just left there for someone else to take care of. Chuff Flooring took care of it for no additional cost. Competed each apartment within the time frame given and provided excellent craftsmanship. When someone takes pride in what they do you know that they will do their best and I can tell regardless if it’s painting or flooring the same amount of quality and accuracy is given.
Description of Work: i own a multi unit apartment house. Chuff Flooring has provided many services in the different apartments. Drywall, Painting, Flooring, Installed windows, Hung new doors, and changed locks.

Stayed ahead of agreed timeline. There was no additional cost for materials or labor. Being a first time homeowner with my family on one side and renting out the other side I assumed I took on more than I could handle but Chuff Flooring proved me wrong and went way above my expectations for time,cost, and the quality of work the company provided!
Description of Work: i own duplex. New Flooring in two rooms. Painting in 3 rooms. Remodeled bathroom. New Tub, toilet, sink vanity with matching mirror. The other side of duplex he framed in an open room and turned it into bedroom. Installed new flooring. Painted 3 brdrooms and kitchen.

We were more than pleased with the results. Neighbors admire our new porch and sidewalk. We have an old house on a stone foundation and there were a few challenges along the way, but it never deterred Joe. He explained everything along the way and made sure we were pleased with any changes or adjustments. We give his name to everyone.
