Tim and Tom were introduced to me by my roofer who's name I'll hold for now. They seemed nice enough, friendly, and had a somewhat reasonable price for our project. They came out to view the property and measure for gutter length, etc and, at one point, mentioned having some beer before their visit. It was roughly 12 PM. Should have considered that a red flag, I suppose. I pointed out some trouble spots that needed special attention. Sure enough, the vulnerable areas are still an issue. In addition, there are three gutters that are sagging and, after calling 6-7 times and texting countless times with no response, they said they'd come to check it out and never showed; twice. Contractors in CNY, for the most part, have no professional-level systems in place like scheduling, follow-up calls, & payment options other than checks (it's 2023 people!). These guys are no exception. Being nice doesn't mean you don't have to show up for your clients once you've been paid. Lame as h***. I'd never use them again or refer them to anyone.

I have given this company almost a year to change my opinion. I called about having some gutters repaired. A few weeks later an employee of there's called me about giving me a quote. I felt it was a fair quote and approved the work to be done. The job was paid in full on the spot, big mistake!! The job has never been completed and the work that has been done is not done right and causing more issues than before!! I have spoken with owner several times who has made excuses and promises for the last four months, still nothing done!! I do NOT recommend this company!!

I hired this company to install gutters on my house. We agreed on a price and they came and did the job. They were paid and later that day we noticed some unacceptable and poor workmanship that was done. I called and pointed out the mistakes and they agreed to return and fix any problems. Over the course of the next four months, I called seven times and they promised to return and take care of the mistakes. Seven times they didn't show up or even call that they weren't coming. My opinion is that this company's workmanship, honesty, and customer service is sub standard. Please be aware and don't hire this company.
