Quick reply, and on time for appointment. Was professional and cleaned chimney & wood stove. Had a broken fire brick in stove & they replaced that also. Very pleased.

I was pleased with the quick reply, appointment and the cleaners were prompt and professional. However, trying to find a chimney sweep in New York that will actually scale the second story roof, pop the top and clean the chimney from the top down must be an anomaly. They vacuumed my ash ledge and firebox, and stuck a brush up from inside the firebox but never went on the roof for $200. He did verify that the topside flue was operating with binoculars. The tech also offered some sort of powder that blows into the chimney and cleans when you have your next fire. If that is all there is to it...next time I will do it myself and save the 2 Bills. If you want a topside complete cleaning...I suppose you need to make that clear up front. However, I would recommend this company because they at least replied and were prompt with their scheduling and arrivals.

They came when the said they would, so punctual. They did the job quickly and efficiently. What I would have liked to have seen is for them to wipe down the stove on the outside, and clean the window as well. That would have added a nice touch and would have made me feel that I was getting better value for the money. $200 for 20 minutes sweeping is a lot of money to me. I would hire them again.

Excellent job. They were very careful about not making a mess. Thoroughly examined the inside of our wood stove for any problems. Cleaned the Chimney from the inside out which was wonderful for us as we have a 3-story home with a metal roof. Very professional and definitely will use again.
