I hired Butler s Sales & Service to inspect and clean my natural gas fireplace insert. Overall, the technician did an outstanding and professional job. He arrived at my home at the agreed time and performed the required task in a workmanship fashion. He was a gentleman and respected my home at all times. He explained what he was doing and answered my specific questions as to how the fireplace system works. Even though the fireplace is an older model, now that it s clean and has new logs it works well and looks good. I would recommend Butler s Sales & Service to anyone who needs reliable service for their fireplace.

They were very thorough and explained everything to me. The totally cleaned the fireplaces and didn't leave any kind of mess. Very quick workers but still took time to be social.

Responsive, timely, knowledgeable, clean and fair

David was more than helpful. He removed an old blower box from the fireplace and took it away for disposal. He answered all questions about the fireplace since the house is new to us and told me that the basement fireplace did not need cleaning. He also told us how to burn more efficiently. We couldn't be happier with his service.

Did a wonderful job,stayed until my pellet stove was working,very polite and explained what they were doing. We were very pleased with their work and will definetly call them again if we have any problems.

They came on time. Cleaned the fireplace and explained to my husband (which I had been trying to tell him) that we only need to clean it very 2 years. Price was fair and they did not mess up my house.
