+ -1 moreMet with Charles Bachmann- owner --I explained what I needed done . Promptly returned within 2 days with estimate/and overall timeline. There was respect and responsibility shown toward the homeowner- very rare today! The work teams arrived according to schedule.Work was done in a timely, neat manner. Men worked throughout bad weather spells. When problems arose I was called and adjustments were made staying within budget.Overall, project went well- I was very pleased with manner the contractor kept coming on a daily basis to check on progress.Workers cleaned up daily carting debris away.I have already recommended International Building Corps to friends and neighbors.
Description of Work: New pitched roof / attic was added- existing leaks repaired- Siding front, indoor- porch refurbished- driveway blacktopped--5 new windows
