+ -1 moreTri Powr failed to properly install sheathing and underlayment, and did sloppy work leaving a huge ponding in flat roof. They provided proof of roofing insurance, but now discover it does not cover work in historic districts, which encompasses most buildings in Catskill and Athens putting my property in jeopardy. Offered to put a drain through the roof rather than tear aoff and repair the uneven sheathing they installed roof over.
