I started my design journey back in August and chose Ward 5 Design very quickly. Leni made an on-site visit to 1. talk through what I was looking to achieve 2. look at the space and how to reconfigure it 3. make note of any pieces I wanted to keep and incorporate into the design. When Leni sent over the final design board, I was in l-o-v-e. She really nailed my style aesthetic. I very much appreciate the thought and dedication behind each piece of furnishing she curated. I found myself showing everyone I knew my design board and what I was buying, etc. I would absolutely recommend using Ward 5 Design.

I would highly recommend Ward 5 Design! They helped our company decorate an 8000 square ft office with less than 8 weeks lead time, and it turned out great. Leni and her team were very thoughtful, responsive, and creative. We had an empty open space with a few pre-built conference rooms, and she worked with us to develop a vision for the office and managed the purchasing process. Her team is very professional and a pleasure to work with. I appreciated their price transparency and felt it was an incredible value for the level of service provided. I would highly recommend them.

Worked with Ward 5 for our Williamsburg Brooklyn apartment. The entire process was easier than I could have ever hoped for. From our first meeting Max was incredibly clear and communicative. Any question or message was answered that day, if not within hours. After several months of working together the space looks better than I ever expected it would while staying within our budget. Max was full of great ideas and product recommendations from both expected and unexpected sources. It was a fantastic experience and I wouldn't hesitate to use Ward 5 Design again.

I can't recommend this service enough! I never once felt pressure to buy something or pushed into anything I didn't like. Before I started working with Ward 5 Design, I felt like my options were very limited, but this experience really opened up my eyes to all the possibilities available. Our home got a well-deserved face lift and I couldn't be happier.

Designer came to the house and took lots of pictures of all rooms because she said she will need it for her report to us. Not much of a chat which is fine by us because we know time is important and we rather her invest time in preparing the report. Before she came to the house, we had a phone conversation and explained to her what I really need her for is mainly for flooring of the kitchen because we will sell the house. We also reiterated on her visit that budget is tight however kitchen is the showcase so willing to pay to hire her for kitchen advice. We make sure that she gets paid right away that I even texted her as a reminder that I haven’t received her invoice as I understand that service has to be paid first. So she met us Saturday and according to her , report should be ready by Wednesday and we can discuss Thursday , by phone or meet up in the house. Everything seems o be going well at this point. Then my husband had some work issues and cannot do the Thursday appointment so we texted to let her know and we will just meet her Saturday. Wednesday passed by and there’s no report or any call/email from her. Thursday came and I followed up. Friday morning , I got a text for an apology that there’s a delay and report will be available on Saturday morning. So Saturday morning, report came with the pictures of the rooms with notes and comments. We were so excited to check the kitchen section, that we even missed that she has no report of the master bedroom and the other bedroom, but was disappointed that she has only one advice on the kitchen floor is suggestion of patterned tile (grey encaustic tile). The house is for sale so it should target a lot of people. Patterned tile is not for everyone so when we spoke with her on this during the appointment, she said just use gray to match her suggested subway gray glass tile . We we’re not thrilled about the rest of her suggestions in other rooms however we don’t care because our focus is the kitchen. Moving on, as we were talking about the kitchen , we asked her about the brick corner that she did not make a comment in the report and she said we’ll deal with that later. So she left and we started shopping for the gray tile. To wrap up, we asked her by email what shade of gray tile should we get to blend with the dining room floor and provided her pictures so we can be done and move on. She did not respond so I texted her. Still no response after a week...I am disappointed as we went though all this hassle and we still didn’t get the help we want. We feel that for $750 she could have answered a couple of extra texts to help us pick the appropriate color gray floor tiles to replace her patterned tile recommendation.

The designs were very nice. However, the key people she hired to do the work were not skilled for what they were hired to do and I was left with an unfinished job. My new appliance was also damaged due to bad advice.

5 stars all the way! We've used and continue to use Ward5 for staging our clients homes to sell. The difference is truly noticeable as they have a keen eye for designing interior and exterior of homes. They were so good we even used them on our own home design! In addition to all of this, our Stager Leni was extremely friendly, helpful, a true professional, and in constant communication. We highly recommend this company! THANK YOU!

Ward5 Design is not only creative, but they provided staging solutions that were practical, affordable, and stylish. I hired Ward5 Design for a mid sized 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house in Astoria, Queens. Prior to getting the house staged, buyer reactions were lukewarm at best with offers that were way below our asking price. Post staging the offers poured in and we accepted a great price within the first week. The staging really does make a huge difference. Amazing, affordable and such a pleasure to work with.
