PRIMO PLUMBING & HEATING

Tony was responsive and flexible with my schedule. I had a simple job for him, which was to re-connect a couple of radiators after I had had the floors in my apartment done. He came by after hours, which was very convenient and nice of him. Unfortunately he didn't bring any tools or anything, so was unable to do the job. He told me he could come back four days later and he would do it then. Then he proceeded to go down into my basement and inspect my boiler and find all the problems that he thought my last plumber had done in the installation - something that I appreciated, but had not asked him to do. Kind of felt like he was fishing for additional work. Me being the impatient type, found another plumber. I told him over the phone what needed to be done, and the next day he came by and did it. Felt bad that Tony didn't get the job, as he was a nice guy, but such an easy job that can be done within an hour, I was disappointed he wasn't able to get the job done right then and there.

Vito arrived at the appointment time. (He actually arrived about 10 minutes early for the appointment.) I had received and accepted the price quote for the water heater replacement the prior day. Vito completed the job in one visit. I was very satisfied with the service.

Hired Primo Plumbing for a kitchen remodel and was extremely satisfied by Vito and his crew.. Prior to them doing the work, I had 5 different plumbers come in to give estimates (I received prices from $800 to $3500!!). Primo wasn't the absolute lowest, but he was close. We went with them because Vito appeared to be most comfortable about doing the work when we explained what we needed done. He wasn't wishy washy about the price or the time it would take to complete. The guys did great (and very neat) work. I received compliments on how good it looked from several family members, and this is stuff that's being covered by sheetrock and having cabinets installed in front of it.. :) They were total professionals and nice guys. Would definitely hire them again (hopefully won't need to though!).

I BELIEVE THIS COMPANY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB OF CLEANING MY FURNACE AND IT RUNS LIKE NEW. THE STAFF WITH THIS COMPANY IS PROFESSIONAL AND FRIENDLY. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM FOR HEATING SERVICES.
