Amazing. Billy, the front man, was communicative, quick to respond, helpful, patient, kind, friendly, funny and definitely worked hard to get my business. He dad, JOhn, is the master cabinetmaker and he oversaw the building and installation. He did a gorgeous job, and explained to me how everything worked and why and how they could or couldn't build certain things for me. But basically they gave me whatever I wanted, it was amazing.

Vasilis was always easy to get a hold of, he had a flexible schedule so he could come over to take additional measurements or match up the bookcase paint to my wall paint exactly. He came with his lead carpenter to measure, and to show me custom drawings. Basically, I felt like whatever I wanted they could do. They were willing to find ways to work with my budget, too, and explained every step of the process to me (I had no idea there were so many options with bookcases (shelf depth, space between shelves, etc). Vasilis was clear about how long the process would take. At installation, they were respectful of my building (I live in an apartment building) and of my home, and left the work area clean and as they found it. I trust them and feel comfortable working with them; it's a family-owned business. Not to mention, the bookcases are absolutely beautiful, exactly what I'd been imagining, and clearly well-crafted. They fit seamlessly into my room, enhance the space, and, are the envy of my friendsI am currently considering an estimate from them to do my kitchen cabinets.
