John was helpful on the phone setting up the appointment and punctual to my townhouse where I had a leak in the basement entering the building from an unknown and invisible infiltration point. He wrote up a good report with thermographic images and made some good recommendations for solving the problem, and some good tips to look out for when hiring a contractor. Overall, an honest person with a dedication and interest in his work and looking to help his clients. I recommend him.

The first two homes they inspected I thought were in good shape. When they came in they found issues ranging from faulty electrical wiring that could cause a fire to asbestos around the boiler pipes and asbestos tiles in the basement that would have cost me thousands of dollars to have them removed. The inspectors walked me through every room and actually explained everything good and bad in the homes. They made me totally comfortable and at ease with my decision. I would use them again and again when I want to expand to another home as our family grows. The best inspector I had was John. He explained things in a way that made sense and gave cost estimates in my report with pictures that showed me everything I didn't quite understand. Great company.
