+ -1 moreThe work itself went well. The workers were very professional and efficient. The work took roughly 3 days, and cost us a fortune. Despite some difficulty getting dates organized, we were generally happy with the end result. However, the workers from the company took a 60 foot coiled water hose from our basement where they were working ($50 value), and when we called the company to ask if the item had been misplaced or taken inadvertently, we did not hear from them. After nearly two weeks of making daily phone calls and leaving voicemails, we finally reached someone, and they agreed to replace the hose. We still have not received it.
Description of Work: The company installed two cast iron baseboard radiators each in the first floor apartment of our building and in the main owner's unit. They cut into the sheetrock in order to recess the new piping for the baseboards, attaching it to the piping originating at the boiler in the basement.

+ -1 moreWE CALLED FOR SERVICE ON OUR FURNACE BECAUSE IT WOULD NOT PUSH WARM AIR. THIS COMPANY CAME AND DID THE WORK IN JUST A SHORT TIME, AND NOW WE HAVE ALL THE WARM AIR WE NEED.

+ -1 moreWE CALLED A HEATING COMPANY TO COME CHECK OUR BOILER. THEY SAID IT NEEDED A GOOD CLEANING AND THAT THE BURNER NEEDED REPLACING. THE BOILER WORKS GREAT AFTER ALL THEIR HARD WORK.
