Ariana General Construction

He came in, via the GC on a kitchen renovation, whose carpenters had done a poor job and Ariana was called in by him to finish up the cabinetry part of the job. So we had no price participation. They did a very good job - we were quite pleased. Subsequently we have tried to contact them for possible additional work and failed to get responses from our phone calls. That was not a problem but we were very satisfied. There were some minor unexpected delays but not at all unreasonable

The demo went well. No unecessary damage. We provided the finish materials and plumbing fixtures. The plaster work was outstanding. They had to remove a textured plaster ceiling and restore to the original ceiling. I had anticipated they would just square off the corners, but they reconstructed the plaster coves. That was impressive. They are very reliable and returned every phone call and were present every day. Trusted them to work once I had let them into the house. All the employees were respectfull and pleasant. The work in general was good but not amazing. They are not very detailed oriented, (other than the plaster work) so if you have very intricate work to do, or heavy details I would not use them. But for basic work, that is 85% good they were great to work with. A fair price, they don't look to add a lot of charges as they are going along. Our work was in an old house so the conditions are always unknown and we would dicuss the best way to go about it and never was there additional money charged even if we veered off the original plan. And they completed the job. I never had to worry that Saf was going to walk away from the job, or not pick up my call. Very trust worhy. His electrical and plumbing sub were good. Have him negotiate any additional work that the subcontractors may try to charge you.

They were always responsive, polite, and patient.
