They arrived on time on the day of the work and completed in 2 days. Came back again a day after to finish the caulking work. Overall satisfied with the work.

Nu-Life carefully explained the process of obtaining an independent mold assessment, the remediation process, and the final inspection. They used a soda-blasting process that completely removed the mold and then coated the surfaces with anti-microbial paint. In our house, it was necessary to remove part of the ceiling in one bedroom to get at all of the mold. NU-Life took care of the entire job, including removing and restoring part of the ceiling and even re-painting the ceiling. There was absolutely no mess left behind and our house was cleared by the mold assessor after the re-inspection. We were extremely pleased with the job and would use NU-Life again and recommend them to others.

We were extremely pleased with the completeness of Jeff's inspection. Jeff also answered the many questions we has about mold and the remediation process. Jeff left us with his assurance that we could contact him with any further questions and that our quote of remediation and recommendations would be emailed by the next day. As promised the quote came in within 24 hours and we plan to go forward with NU-Life.

Our experience with Jeff and Nu-Life has been great. He was very thorough with the inspection and his estimate for the remediation and solution. He also spent time on the phone answering questions. Jeff won't do the remediation if he can't do the solution because otherwise, he has only removed the mold for a limited time. That was refreshing because another vendor we spoke with would only remove the mold but the solution was left up to us to figure out. UPDATE: We continue to be very satisfied. Jeff, Jerry and the team arrived early and finished mid-afternoon, basically fixing a poor venting job by the original builder. They protected the areas where they were working, although our newly-painted stairwell wall got marked up as they were bringing things up or downstairs. However we never told them it was one of the only walls that had just been painted. We highly recommend Nu-Life if you need mold removed and don't want it to return.

Jeff, did a good job of remediating and repairing the mold and venting in the attic. He was prompt and responsive to our needs on a very tight time line due to a closing.

Jeff responded to our phone call and set up a time to come to the house to assess the problem. He was punctual, very friendly and professional and we were able to get the work scheduled and completed in a short time. Jeff worked around our schedule which was so important as we had medical appointments that could not be changed. Jeff was very thorough and knowledgeable regarding the cause and remedy of our problem. He removed insulation from soffit vents, cut out and installed new ridge vent, dry soda blast of attic removing mold from roof sheathing, completed with mold resistant coating, and installed insulation above finished room in small attic. We were very happy and pleased with all he did. I would recommend him to anyone who has an attic mold problem. In this day and age it is hard to find really good people with a good work ethic and who is fair with their pricing.

I received a prompt call back and set up a free assessment and estimate, Jeff the owner showed up and walked me through the process and we set up a date to begin the work. Jeff and his crew arrived on time and completed the job ahead of schedule, they were awesome and I will absolutely recommend them to friends and family.

We had Nu-Life look at our mold problem in May and received an estimate from them. For several reasons we could not have them complete the job until September. They explained why we probably had mold developing and what needed to be done in order to prevent it in the future. They were able to complete the job in one day. We found them to be very professional and knowledgeable. They worked diligently and we are extremely pleased with the job.

Nu Life Resources completed our job on time and very professionally. They were aware of the disruptive nature of their work and were very respectful of the house they were working in. I was not able to be there with them and was completely comfortable having them work in our house. Removing mold is a difficult job and Nu Life crew worked diligently to complete this project as expected. I was extremely pleased with their work and with the results.

We contracted him in Nov. but because the winter set in he couldn't do it in December. IN the spring he immediately called and scheduled. No messing around. The came when he said they would Very clear about everything.

The provider was very friendly and prompt. He came to my home and walked through to assess my home for mold and remediation and offered many thoughts and comments throughout that he said he would include in a write-up and estimate for remediation.

Jeff came for an estimate and showed me things in the attic that should be 'fixed' to increase the ventilation. He said the ridge vent was not working as it should, the bathroom vents should be re-routed to the roof (from the soffits) and that there was a section of the soffit that was not open to air (from the siding job I had done a year ago). He said his job would include the 1st two fixes so that I would not have to hire a roofer, ... Jeff and his crew came to my house at the appointed time for the 2 day job. He explained what they would be doing, unloaded his equipment, checked out power sources, asked if I had old shingles, ... I went to work for several hours and returned when they were almost done for the day. He said there was a BAT in my attic !! So he and his crew had to deal with the bat as they soda-blasted the plywood in the attic. They removed the old insulation and hauled it away. Day 2 was to involve putting a mold resistant coating in the attic, re-doing the ridge vent and moving the bathroom vent to the roof. (The people who did the siding will come back and fix the soffit that they did not open properly.) Jeff looked at the bathroom vents and realized they were working well, so he did not cut the roof for that. He cut a much larger opening for the ridge vent and used some of my old shingles for that. He sent photos of my new insulation and talked about some other things he thought I should watch for (like a spongy garage roof). The crew walked around to make sure they had all their debris picked up. In addition to mold remediation, Jeff has a vast knowledge of many things related to construction, and it was certainly a learning experience for me. FYI ... the BAT was not around for Day 2. Is it hiding up there or gone ??? But Jeff was able to point out where he probably got in, and that should be fixed next week when the soffit is opened properly by the siding people. Glad he could assist and give his opinion on that.

Nulife saved my life! Jeff from Nulife inspected a home that I was interested in buying, and although there appeared to be limited mold to my eyes, he found an enormous mold problem that could have cost me tens of thousands to abate and replace the mold infested sub-floor. Spend $100 to save thousands? Money well spent. Thanks Jeff!

They were here early each day and they worked the entire two days to get the job done. The dry wall and the floor in the closet were removed to remove the mold. They were able to reinsulate the walls and put the dry wall back up for me due to the time issues with getting this done. They had closed off the area to do the work and they cleaned up afterwards. They even mopped the floor in the hall!! I was pleasantly surprised by that! I thought they were very professional and would definitely recommend them.

Jeff and his team evaluated the attic spaces in a duplex that I recently purchased. They were professional, friendly and did a complete and thorough job cleaning the space. The team did not only do everything we agreed to but also took care of all the little things that would have been left for me to finish. Things as simple as moving my materials around the site to cutting new hatch covers were all taken care of. Although I hope I don't have to, I would not hesitate in calling them again if I have a mold problem in the future. Great service all around and I'm very happy with the result.

We are looking at buying a home and found mold in the attic, we emailed this company Sunday evening to get an estimate and he called us within 10 minutes and was able to meet with us the next morning to look at the house! Jeff arrived right on time and he was extremley professional! He was very knowledgable and instead of just looking at the mold he looked for the cause of the mold and how to fix it so it won't come back. I am allergic to mold so this was extremely important! The current homeowners also received an estimate of $2500 and this was to just remove the mold, I know that we have not had the work done yet but based on our meeting and how professional and knowledgeable he was I am a 100% confident that he can and will do the job right.
