Jeff responded very quickly to our request and came out the next day. He was very professional. He took time to look over our basement, was very thorough and gave us very good advice on how to address our issue. If we need work done in the future, I wouldn't hesitate to call his company first. Went up to my attic for the first time in a long time and found a large amount of black mold growing on the roof. Jeff came out promptly and provided an estimate for the work to be done. He also recommended an inspector, which apparently is required in NYS for mold remediation jobs. Jeff's team of three workers arrived exactly on time and completed the work in about 4-5 hours. The crew was very polite and worked extremely hard in a hot attic. Just recently during a rainstorm I noticed water leaking in through cracks in the attic around vent pipes. Jeff's team came out the next day to resolve the issue. In my opinion, you can tell more about a company from the service they provide after the job is completed and the service from this company was excellent. If you find yourself in the unfortunate and stressful situation of needing mold remediation, I would definitely recommend giving Jeff at Nu-Life a call.

Terrible. They gave me the name of a mold inspector to call. Called the inspector and left a message on Saturday. The voicemail and website claim that I would get a call back by either noon or 5pm. Neither happened. Called again on Monday. Voicemail was full. Called a different inspector and got someone who showed up and did the inspection the next day. Submitted the second inspector's report to NuLife and never heard from them again. Their recommended inspector finally called after the second inspector was done and gone.

Jeff, the owner, answered all my questions. I was especially concerned on the clean-up process in that I have two elderly cats. He explained that the process he used was non-toxic so it was safe to remain in the house during the mold removal. His team was friendly and courteous, and left the treated areas cleaner than when I bought the house. I would hightly recommend NU-Life Resources.

It was very clear from the start that Jeff, NU-Life Resources owner, was being honest and fair when assessing the work that needed to be done. Jeff stayed in close touch after the evaluation stage to schedule appointments to complete the work. I could not be happier with the work done by Anthony and Carter. They were exceptionally professional, pleasant, and efficient. Moreover, I was especially appreciative of their taking tremendous care not to track snow into my home and in helping me ensure that my two cats did not escape out the door. They also made sure to leave the area where they worked was as clean as when they arrived. I have no hesitations at all in recommending NU-Life Resources.

We decided to first address the water and dampness in the cellar before hiring Jeff to do the mold abatement. The team showed up on schedule. They worked the entire day with a minimal lunch break. The following day they were on time once again and completed the job. The work areas were cleaned up beyond my expectations. Jeff called me after the job was done to follow up. The entire process was a little scary to me. The professionalism of this crew is amazing. Called Jeff to remove mold in the attic. The crew arrived on time and before they started they spent some time covering the floors and furniture. The job went very well – they soda blasted the attic, cut open the ridge, installed a cobra ridge, removed insulation covering the soffits and applied a mold resistant coating. The crew worked all day and when the job was completed they cleaned up so we had nothing to do. We were extremely pleased with the work and would recommend Nu-Life to others. The work includes a 30 year warranty.

After discovering mold in many areas in the basement of my house I called Jeff Gerber of Nu-Life Resources and he returned my call the same day. Jeff came to my house within a couple of days of my call and showed me the extent of the mold in all three sections of my very large basement. He explained in detail about first obtaining an independent mold assessment, then the remediation process followed by the final clearance inspection, he also explained the contributing factors and solutions. Jeff e-mailed a very detailed estimate to me which I subsequently signed and returned. A couple of weeks later Jeff and his crew began the mold remediation. They had to remove a lot of structures within the basement such as shelving, doors, etc. and a built in model railway set up with many tracks in one of the rooms. They also had to remove a section of dry wall. Jeff looked through all the personal effects plus furniture that I had stored in the basement. He disposed of all the mold contaminated materials and other items but was able to clean and save many of the personal items, which made me very happy. The whole basement was dry soda scrubbed and thoroughly HEPA vacuumed and an EPA approved anti-microbial paint applied to sub-flooring and other areas. Jeff had also recommended a specific de-humidifier for the basement which I purchased and he installed for me. The whole area is now spotless, even around the windows. The basement was cleared by the mold assessor on final inspection, he told me that Jeff and his crew always do a great job. Jeff is very knowledgable about mold, he is patient and understanding with regard to questions and helpful with solutions to the initial problem also his crew are friendly, considerate and very hard working I am very confident the mold will not return. I am extremely pleased with the way the work was completed and with the end result and I have no hesitation in highly recommending Nu-Life Resources to anyone looking for an excellent mold remediation company.
