Description of Work: Removed mold from bathroom. Great job and was left very clean. I would encourage everyone to not waste their time with other companies and go with Nu-Life the first time.

Description of Work: He showed me that there was poor ventilation that needed to be fixed to prevent reoccurrence of mold in the attic. I had the ridge vents redone with a new roof and he corrected the rest of the problems and removed the mold from the attic. He offered a 30 year warranty.

Description of Work: Nu-Life did an excellent job of providing mold remediation services for a building that was being put back into operating use after a long period of being vacant. They responded quickly and professionally when quoting, delivered what they promised, and then came back to check the work and do touchups where necessary. Would use again and recommend to others.

Description of Work: We had a bunch if companies come in to give us an assessment of our mold situation. Jeff came in and inspected our whole house, basement to attic. We were aware of the mold problem but not the extent. While we had another company come in to take air samples we chose Jeff to do the remediation even though his process was significantly more expensive. The previous owner's of our house had a lower cost company come in and spray the mold but it came back. We had that same lower cost company come back to spray again because they offered a lifetime guarantee. They even offered to come back a 3rd time but with two failed attempts we chose to go another direction. Jeff came in and not only explained how his process was different but explained how to prevent the mold from coming back. He was extremely thorough! As far as the actual project, Jeff kept me in the loop every step of the way. He would call me during the day to update their progress, he would txt me pictures of what they were finding and he would call me at the end of the day to update me and set my expectation for the next day. His communication was above and beyond. Also, they showed up when they said they would and were extremely professional. We are about 4 weeks removed from the project. Our house is dry, clean and we no longer fear that we'll have mold issues. You get what you pay for! We got more! I highly recommend nu life resources!

Description of Work: After purchasing a home, we were advised by our Home Inspector that we have a mold problem in our attic due to improper bathroom venting. He recommended contacting Jeff at Nu-Life Resources, Argyle, New York. We contacted Jeff who promptly inspected the attic of our house. The next day he sent us an estimate of the cost of total remediation with a 30 year warranty which is transferable. The cost of this project includes the installation of a basement dehumidifier. Jeff also recommended changing the venting of the bathrooms to go through the roof instead of the soffit. He recommended a company that specialized in this type of work, which was completed. The affected area in the attic was cleared of mold and mold resistant coating was applied. Jeff and his associate were punctual on the appointment day. We found him to be professional, knowledgeable, pleasant and caring. The premises were left immaculate. We have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone for this type of work. Ed & Joyce

Description of Work: Jeff, the owner, was very professional and knowledgeable. He remediated the basement, porch, and a front room that ended up needing more work than expected. He adjusted his schedule to accommodate our additional work and it was done very timely. Everything was very neat and clean after. The price is more than I expected, but you get what you pay for. In the end I was very pleased and would highly recommend him!
