In March, he asked for the final payment telling me that he was going to come and install in two days. I had worked with him before , so I trusted him. He then disappeared for two weeks, told me that a machine broke and he would install in a few days. Then he disappeared for three weeks and didn't answer phone, email or texts. He finally installed the drapes mid April. They were wrinkled and he said they would fall out. All in all it was a terrible experience. After he was paid he did not communicate with me appropriately and I was very worried that I had lost the money paid. And the drapes--they still look bad. I am deeply sorry I contacted him and contracted for the work.
