Description of Work: Mr. Schwartz is “the” expert when it comes to mold issues. We hired him twice now to inspect our attic for mold. He assessed the situation with the utmost professionalism & his fund of knowledge on the subject was quite impressive. With his help we were able to quickly address the problem, diagnose it & come up with a remediation plan. We are now mold free for over 2 years. I would highly recommend him.

+ -1 moreCharles responded and was able to meet with us quickly. He tested the air where we needed it and didn't do any unnecessary testing. The tests did not show significant mold, but the time we spent with Charles was very informative. He was able to look at our house and identify several factors for us to consider in trying to figure out why the air was so bad and what to do about it. Going over our air quality problems with Chris let us figure out what we had to do to get our house livable again.
