After finding out we are getting sick from mold. Charles at EAS came and tested the whole house. His testing determined the problem was our basement and he made a plan to make our home safe. His tests and reports came back very quickly. My family’s health is important and I am glad to hire EAS to help us maintain our safety. I definitely would recommend EAS.

I came home after being away for a long period of time and smelled mold. I called Charles (the owner of EAS) on a Sunday and I was lucky that he was able to come over the same day. He was able to find the source of the issue quickly and took a number of air quality samples that validated his assessment. While I wasn't thrilled with the news he gave me, he quickly put a plan together to remediate the conditions within my home. He also referred me to a company he frequently works with to do the actual mold removal. Charles was very responsive to text messages and followed through on everything that he said he would do-send pictures, make phone calls, etc.. He also explained the conditions in laymans terms and was very patient when I asked questions. While I had the choice to manage the project myself and save some money, I knew that having Charles do it for me was worth it. In sum, Charles did a wonderful job in helping me with my mold issue. I give him my highest recommendation.

Absolutely wonderful! Charles Schwartz of "Environmental Assessments & Solutions, INC" was very professional, experienced, friendly and easy to work with. He was able to complete the sampling process and get results extremely quickly (keep in mind, I hired him during a pandemic and on a weekend!)
