Description of Work: I used Woodford Bros.

Description of Work: Rerouted sump drainage in yard, removed footer on 30% of foundation, sung helical coils to stabilize and poured new footers. Reconstructed concrete block walls and back-filled with gravel and dirt. Very responsive to a crisis situation and worked hard to prevent a disaster.

Description of Work: A 2 man crew showed up and took four days to dig french drain ditches around a storage building. They also repaired a failing concrete block foundation wall by attaching plywood over the rotted blocks, put rebar in the block holes and filled with concrete. They covered the walls with a concrete sealer, put in landscape fabric, crushed stone, drainage pipe to drain spring and rainwater away. Looked good. 2 weeks later in actually rained and the water in the building was still coming in. Called to complain and the estimator was out within a week. They sent another crew back in 2 weeks and they dug up all that they had don originally and found that the first crew had not gone deep enough to get below the footings, so this wa done with more wall sealing, more pipe, more fabric and stone. Seems to be working now.

Description of Work: THEY sent me a nice letter but have not followed up with a phone call. I think you have to wait until they are in your area.
