Worst customer service ever. Job poorly done. Keep promising to fix it, but after over a month, they have my money but still have not returned to fix the problem. I strongly recommend that no one use this Company. I think their good reviews must be manufactured because i have only gotten excuses and delays and delays and delays. Get a different story pretty much every time I contact them.

Great company to work with, very friendly knowledgeable people and customer satisfaction is their goal. Matt and his crew did a superb job restoring our finished basement after it got flooded when our sump pump had failed during heavy rains. Dual pumps were installed, along with waterproof and mold proof walls and flooring and a Sedona dehumidifier air purification system.

From our first call to our first appointment with Dave up until our work that was completed today by James Parker and Jacob Skinner we want to say our experience with your company was exceptional! Very professional and just truly amazing and our garage floor looks wonderful! Thank you for everything. We definitely will pass your name to others that need this service completed. Cost may seem high, but quality work was higher. Outstanding customer service with upfront costs and detailed work plans provided. Work was done during CoVid crisis and the crew adhered to all safety precautions.

The Woodford Team of Bill, Mike, and Wayne just finished work on our barn today. From start to finish, this team attended to our barn restoration project with the highest degree of professionalism. Our barn (built in 1887) was brought back to life, and we couldn't be more thrilled with the results! Not only were we kept updated on the progress each day, but always welcomed when we would pop in to take a sneak peak. I grew up in a family that ran a successful construction company for almost 50 years before my father passed away. I saw the care my father always invested in all his site projects, and the unique challenges that went with rehabbing/restoring existing historic structures. This Woodford team offered that same care from start to finish, and managed every one of those challenges with great skill, care, and professionalism. I highly recommend this team, and am more than happy to write this review in support of their ongoing work.
