+ -1 moreI already did. We found the address in our local free newspaper. He does do insurance work. He does require up-front materials money when he shows up to do the work, and which is negotiable--he has been "burned" before. . There is only one other man who does this locally, is past retirement age and never returned our phone calls.
Description of Work: Our 60 year-old house is built on piers. It is not a mobile home. In our area, there are very few who will deal with a crawl space regarding foundation problems. In our case, this company restored/repaired almost 40 feet of the central floor joist in a crawl space that had rotted or broken. Since he is nearly the only one, he can charge accordingly, but he does his work well, he is on time, neat, professional and does record both damage and new install. Yes, we would hire him again.
