 + 0 moreJohn Gohorel met with us and listened to our concerns and formulated a plan to address each concern for each project he has completed in this house. He submitted designs for our approval and made modifications until the design met our needs. His team took care to not damage any floors or walls during the demolition and restoration of the project. Every evening at close of business, the construction area was swept clean of debris. The yard was kept clean of debris. Since we had to live among the construction, great care was taken by R.E.B. to avoid interferring with our daily routines. At project's end (every time), our home was presented to us in perfect condition and ready for rehabitation.
Description of Work: River Edge Builders has practically rebuilt our 1879 Victorian home. Most recently, R.E.B. custom built and installed steps to a side deck. Although this is one of the small remodels to our home, R.E.B. took great care in the precision and installation of the steps. The deck looks gorgeous! The entire team is professional and polite. Over the course of 15 years, River Edge Builders has gone room by room in this house and restored the integrity and beauty of our home. We couldn't be more pleased. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. John Gohorel, owner of River Edge Builders, and his team are a bargain at twice the cost of any estimate.
