Description of Work: I left four messages with the receptionist over over a six week period requesting service of a Carrier furnace. Each time she advised that "Chris" would return my call to setup an appointment. I never received a call from "Chris". I do have an answering machine on my phone line. There were no messages left when I was not home. I contacted Lou's because they sell and install Carrier furnaces.
