Rick and his crew did an excellent job. We are very pleased at the results. The laminate was installed on site and it came out great. There are virtually no visible seams. They paid attention to all of the small detail. Highly recommend.

Rick (owner) was very helpful and professional. He and Brian and Tom (the daily crew) were very cooperative and responded to our requests for the little extras that make a job go from good to outstanding. The custom cabinets are excellent and the quality of the refacing is as good as can be expected due to conditions in the existing cabinets that were covered. Overall we're very pleased with the outcome and would use Jade again. To date (approximately 7 months ago) everything is holding up very well.

Rick Miller created a very nice design to give us more workspace and more cabinet storage along with making the room seem bigger. The end result is beautiful! Jade Enterprises did a great job updating both of our bathrooms 3 years ago which is why we didn’t hesitate to call them back to remodel the kitchen. All of the guys are talented professionals who promptly get the job done. We highly recommend them.

The work went beautifully. I could not be more pleased. Richard Miller responded to my initial phone call immediately and came to my home to give me an estimated the following day. He installed an excellent shower--one with a 30 year warranty. He gave me a tentative start day for the project about 6 weeks out and to my pleasant surprise began the work two days earlier than he estimated. Jade's workers were extremely pleasant, competent and careful as work proceeded. The covered all floors and carpets over which they would be transporting materials keeping my home clean and dry. The completed bathroom is nothing less than perfect--I would be perfectly happy if anyone wished to accompany Richard to view his company's work. We can’t say enough about the great job they did and how pleased we are with our new kitchen. The refaced cabinets look like new. The job was well planned out and Rick communicated with us throughout the process. They did all the work when he said they would and in one week. Rick was very patient with us in picking out the cabinet color, the granite and the back splash. You can’t go wrong with Rick and his crew.

Rick, the owner of Jade Enterprises, is an unusual contractor. He stays on top of his crews; he follows up quickly on every phone call, email and text; he will come back to make repairs on previous work without an issue; he stands by everything he does; and he does it all with a smile and good sense of humor. He has remodeled two bathrooms, a kitchen and switched out all of our doors and we would highly recommend him to anyone. If you get a bunch of estimates, and his seems to be a little higher, remember what you get for your money. Paying a little bit for quality work and conscientious attention to detail and customer service is a no-brainer.

Workers were here everyday that was expected, worked continuously without breaks, performed all necessary work (eg. plumbing, electric, carpentry, painting, etc.), cleaned up after each days work. Did all work that was expected and then some. Workmanship is excellent.

Why anybody would buy kitchen cabinets from a big box store when they can get custom-made furniture grade cabinets for the same price or less from Jade Enterprises is beyond me. These cabinets were custom-built just for my kitchen. A contractor who was working on another part of the house was impressed with the workmanship and told me that I got an incredible bargain. I agree. I could tell that Jade Enterprises would be a great company to work with the minute I met with Rick Miller to get an estimate. I had used architectural software to design a kitchen with a list of cabinets and sizes that I could bring to various kitchen places for estimates. That way, all the estimates would be based on the very same specs so I could compare them. Rick understood exactly what I wanted and gave me a solid estimate in ten minutes. I had already signed the contract with Rick when I heard from the designer at a big box store two weeks later. She called to say that she had designed a kitchen for me, which is not at all what I asked her to do. A couple of days after she called, a designer from a big kitchen and bath place in town called to tell me exactly the same thing. Both these designers had my list and had completely ignored my request for a simple estimate. Rick and I did have one miscommunication- about the depth of the panelling around the refrigerator - because neither one of us talked in precise measurements. I didn't understand just how far the new refrigerator was going to stick out from the surrounding cabinets until the frig was delivered and installed. Rick did offer a pretty easy workaround, but I decided to let it go the way it already was. Now about service, I have to give Rick and his crew an A plus plus. He and they were great. A couple of little things needed to be tweaked after installation and the guys just came back and did what they needed to do. Rick went the extra mile by installing an under-the-sink organizer for me when he came back to install the garbage pullout that was part of the original package. Jade Enterprises gives a credit if you don't choose their hardware so I had used my credit to buy the organizer. I would strongly suggest that customers contract with Jade Enterprises to install the cabinets as well as build them. I wanted cabinets to go all the way to the ceiling, which was somewhat higher than eight feet. So the 43" uppers had a soilid bottom door and a smaller upper glass door with grids. These uppers were built in two sections, which apparently isn't the way other companies/brands construct uppers with two styles of door. Rick and his crew are experts at installing these cabinets so just have them do it. I repeat: why would anybody in our area go to an impersonal big box store when they can get such a fine quality product and A+ service from Jade Enterprises, and at such a reasonable price?

Right away I found the business owner, Rick, to be personable and knowledgeable. He came out to do an estimate and gave me a competitive quote. I also visited his showroom to get a better idea of what I wanted and he was very accommodating. Once I decided to plan the work Rick gave me a time frame a couple months down the road. I wasn't in a hurry and he works with a small crew so it was fine. He was able to get me in right on schedule. His crew refaced the cabinets in less than two days. They also built a custom cabinet with pull out drawers that looks like it was always an existing part of the kitchen. Once that was done the countertop folks came to template. It was about two weeks before that was ready. At that time Rick was also able to take care of a couple issues with the crown molding and a couple other small touch ups. There was a bit of a delay with the counter delivery which would normally delay the backsplash install. Rick was able to problem solve, and he and his crew member Ray built a "spacer" of sorts so the back splash could be installed before the counter. The timing actually worked out perfectly. The following day the back splash was finished up and the sink was plumbed. Rick and his crew were pleasant and acommodating through the whole process. They were able to take care of some detail oriented issues that I would have never thought of. They were also very accommodating of my picky nature, coming back out to repair a small cracked tile and stained drawer front. Just a couple hiccups but nothing to get upset about, and Rick guarantees the work. More importantly I love my new kitchen and can't stop staring at it!

It took a bit longer than anyone estimated, due largely to both bathrooms being plaster walls, and mud tile. Mud tile doesn't use glue, it was done with about 1 inch of concrete. Between the two bathrooms, over 10,000 pounds of debris was removed. Other than the time being a bit longer, the work is fabulous and my wife and I are very happy. I give these guys an A+. They were professional, courteous and hardworking. We occasionally made changes to our plans on the fly and the entire team handled all of our changes without batting an eye. Their motto is ?the customer is always right?, and they stood by that motto. Kudos to owner Rick and his staff of Ray, Ryan and Tom. They did an excellent job and now we have two bathrooms that look beautiful. I would recommend Jade Enterprises to anyone considering a bathroom or kitchen remodel.

The work was great and the job came out excellent. I like the workers personality and the way they responded to what we wanted them to do and it was a job done to our liking not theirs. They did a very nice job in the kitchen. I spent about $8000.

They were great. They come to your house and measure. Then they go back to their place and make it, and then they come here and install them. They came to my house, took them out, came back in and it was very quick. I had a few issues and they came back and fixed it. They were pretty expensive but I honor them for lifetime guarantee.

My wife and I are very pleased with the transformation. It took a bit longer than we expected, but it was a big job and the guys completed the work in time for us to use the new kitchen for Thanksgiving dinner prep. To keep the cost down, I did some work myself (partial demo and back splash) but Rick threw in some electrical work, demo, and sink installation (at a later date) for no additional charge. Job well done!

Rick, Tom and Ray installed new cabinets, refaced some cabinets, and installed new sink and faucet in kitchen. Also installed new counter top sink on bathroom vanity. All work was done very professionally, and they took their time in making sure everything was precisely fit and finished. They quality of the materials was top notch and the quality of the work matched the excellent materials they provided. They were efficient, and all work was completed in the estimated time Rick gave us. Definitely one of the best experiences we have ever had with contracted work in home.

Generally things went very well. There was a slight delay in the installation due circumstances beyond their control, so that set our install about 3 weeks late. But once they were there they did a great job and finished up in 3 days. Overall, very satisfied with the work and professionalism.

Called Jade Enterprises for an estimate of getting our kitchen remodeled. We chose Jade from the ad in Amsterdam Magazine and also from Angies List reviews. John came over with his many types of cabnet doors as well as many hardware choices for the cabinets. There were also a large selection of various woods to choose from as well as counter tops and sinks After many combinations of the above mentioned my wife and I agreed on what will be installed (along with John's recommendations)..and WOW what a good choice....between the cabinets being re-surfaced and the counter tops re-done,the tile being replaced...I could go on and on..suffice to say my wife were VERY pleased with our choice of using Jade. Oh, I forgot to mention the hard working crew that Rick has,as well as the GREAT service that Rick provided the job took 4 days and our kitchen was not that disrupted (was able to not lose the use of the kitchen sink, for example). My wife and I are very pleased with Rick and his crew for doing a quality job,and really enjoyed his recom mendations for completing some finer points of this re-model. ... From start to finish we were treated with courtesy and respect. We initially wanted to repair some kitchen drawers. The salesperson, John, came out several times to address our concerns, mentioned (gently) that we might want to do the bigger job. We mulled, they waited patiently. We went to their location to see examples of their work, and we mulled again. We went for the refurbishment, and were not pushed at all to go above or around our budget by adding a sink and counter tops which they also do. It is truly pleasant when you do not feel pushed, but are allowed to make your own decisions. Once we went through the choosing and the measuring, it came to the day the work was to be done. The crew is polite, professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. If something is not right, they work hard to make it right. They do not nickle and dime the client for any minor changes that come about during the process. Any concerns are addressed immediately and thoroughly. This only takes 2 days to do this job, vs. 2 weeks to bring in new cabinets. There was nothing wrong with the interior of our cabinets, and we weren't in a position to do a complete kitchen re-do. My kitchen looks completely new in my eyes, and the workmanship and quality of materials is much higher than if we had done a kitchen re-do. When we do "Chapter 2"--countertops and sink, we would go straight to them. We highly recommend Jade Enterprises.

Arrived on scheduled time- went directly to work; both men were professional cleaned up areas- instructed on how to care for surfaces. Price was good.

Punctual, friendly; overall very good; just a few nit-picks: I had to clean grout residue off the white tiles (and one of them was installed with a crack); one end of mantle piece was left unfinished.
