Dave communicated design challenges and was open to making design changes. He completed the job on budget and just about on time. The quality of work was much greater than expected

+ -1 moreDave is always punctual. Sometimes the jobs have had twists that we've discovered once they have started, but each has finished to plan.
Description of Work: Dave has done a number of things in our house. He's fixed problems with our roof, remodeled our bathroom, put in new windows and doors and much more.
