PROFESSIONAL IRRIGATION

We recently had new sod installed and discovered, upon starting the required irrigation program, that several existing sprinkler heads had been damaged during the process and a hose had been damaged. In addition, new sprinkler heads were needed in order to completely cover the newly sodded areas. The damaged heads and hose made it impossible to utilize three out of the four pertinent zones. The night of the installation we resorted to using old school portable sprinklers and 100 foot hoses (pretty labor intensive for the area we needed to cover) and hoped that Professional Irrigation would be able to respond as soon as possible. This all happened, of course, on a weekend. First thing Monday morning, I contacted Pamela at Professional Irrigation and explained our dilemma. We have been using Professional Irrigation for over 20 years and I have had numerous dealings with Pamela. She was, as always, the consummate professional. She is often the first person you encounter at Professional Irrigation and she sets the tone for the caliber of service you can expect. She was able to schedule an appointment that very day. Jorge and Carlos arrived at 1:00pm and spent several hours at our residence. During the course of their repair they discovered that, apart from the aforementioned problems, a sprinkler head had been buried, too. By the time, they left, we had an irrigation system that worked as it should. Jorge and Carlos are the best-- not only for irrigation issues but also, as we've learned in the past, for any lighting needs you might have. This is a great company that truly lives up to its name.

They use top of the line equipment and do things he right way the first time. Very pleased with my experience.

I cannot recommend this company enough. I've had letters dropped in my mailbox asking who did the work, it is that good. From their planning to execution, Dennis and his team are Grade A++. While I personally found it to be on the expensive side, I know their work is phenomenal. The quality of workmanship, products used and service is incredible. I will, without hesitation, use them again and would recommend them to anyone looking for a professional and impressive lighting installation.

Frank came out and I explained to him my situation with my sprinkler system. I did not turn it on this year as I had some heads I knew were not working and also had a leak from the main manifold assembly. Frank turned on each zone, took notes, explained everything to me and made his recommendations. I was pleased with Frank's presentation and is professionalism. He explained everything to me and what would be his recommendation. I made a decision to go with Professional Irrigation because I felt Frank was knowledgeable and professional. I also checked beforehand that Professiona Irrigation are members of the Irrigation Association of New York. I felt confident in speaking with Frank that they would do a good job. I had to have some heads replaced; some closed; some moved and re-installed in other locations to give me the best advantage in watering my lawn. His two workers were on time and professional and had the work done in a very short period of time. Frank was also there in the morning with the guys and he made sure that they understood what was to be done. You can't even tell where they dug up parts of my lawn. I would definitely recommend Professional Irrigation to anyone and plan on using them in the future.
