+ -1 moreNolan Painting did an incredible job on our house. The workers were very clean, neat, and very nice. They were careful not to damage our property. The work was done on time and they stuck to their estimate. I would not hesitate to recommend them to others.
Description of Work: They painted the outside of my 4 bedroom, 2 1/2 bathroom home. This included all of the trim and door frames. They had to scrape the house first.

Description of Work: Estimate: $2,000. He came out and gave me an estimate on painting the interior of my 200 square foot kitchen. The estimate included spackling, sanding, priming, and painting using high latex indoor paint. No service other than the estimate was actually performed.

+ 0 moreJohn Nolan arrived promptly to give me an estimate. After I chose to use them, a professional contract along with their license and insurance information was emailed to me. The work crew arrived promptly at 8:00 AM and worked all day. Each day when they left, you wouldn't even know they were there. They cleaned all their material up and put it neatly in a corner of my yard. There was no paint on my bushes or patio. They were extremely neat. They put all my lawn furniture back in place when they were done. This was a big job that took 5 full days. I would definitely hire them again and recommend them to others.
Description of Work: They first powerwashed my house and detached garage and carport. Then they painted the entire house, carport, garage and all the window trim. They also painted outside stairs leading to my basement.

+ 1 moreIt went beautifully from beginning to end. Very responsible people. Pleasant, conscientious. Showed up on time and were very careful. The site was left clean every day and upon completion.
Description of Work: They power washed the exterior completely including the deck and fence, Let that dry and then painted using the paint and color that I had specified. They primed the bare wood, caulked all cracks, sanded the window trim. Used Benjamin Moore oil based primer on all bare wood.

His workers were exceptionally professional, polite, punctual, quiet, and clean. I highly recommend this company and have already done so to several friends and work associates.
Description of Work: The exterior of the house and garage was sanded, primed, and painted, as were all of the windows, storm and regular, and the front door. Sealing was done as needed.
