+ -1 moreHe was professional, pleasant and was happy to explain what he was doing. I've used this plumbing company before and certainly would use them again.
Description of Work: I had a zone that was not turning on the burner in the boiler. The technician troubleshot the problem to the relay box for that zone very quickly. He had the part in his truck and had the zone up and running within an hour or so.

+ -1 moreMy mothers water heater and gas furnace were damaged by hurricane Sandy. Since water heaters and furnaces were in short supply and high demand on LI after the hurricane, obtaining these were very challenging. Therefore, there was a waiting period until parts became available (by Heller and all other plumbers). My mother was a previous customer. When a furnace and water heater became available, he scheduled an appointment and installed them immediately. His price seemed very competitive but honestly I am uncertain whether the quotes I obtained were for similar quality manufacturers ($6000 vs $6500 vs $7500). It was more important to get heat and hot water than to be selective about manufacturers....
