Did a great, quick job. He added a sliding panel so the valve could be turned off and on as needed. Would hire again.

We are so pleased with the beautiful paint work completed by Small Restore. This was a big project which included stripping all the popcorn ceilings in the house. It was a 3 week project. The pricing was very fair for the amount of work completed. The quality of the work was outstanding. The house was spotless when we returned. We would highly recommend them for all your painting needs and will definitely use them again.

Ilya was great and easy to work with. He responded quickly to my request for an estimate. The estimate was produced in a timely manner. I felt his price for the project was extremely fair. Once we decided to move forward, he started the project a few days later. Ilya was very communicative about his schedule like when he could/could not work on a given day (the project required lots of small steps and drying of materials overnight). He was neat and not obtrusive. One of the ceilings was a tricky plaster technique that we knew would be hard to match. Ilya did a amazing job of matching the plaster's texture. Everyone who has seen his work has complimented it. We couldn't be happier and would highly recommend him.

We had 2 rooms painted - ceilings and walls and plastering of cracks. A written estimate was given to us and the results were excellent. Ilya is a high quality, professional. We were very happy with him. Workmanship is great and the clean up is perfect. We will definitely use him again.

We were thrilled with the results!! Ilya did an amazing job and would hire him again without hesitation for several reasons. Not only was the work done professionally, but he also called or text each day with start times. Communication is important and I really appreciated that. Each day he kept his supplies organized and contained, covered every surface meticulously so there was as little dust or paint anywhere and cleaned up after work. And, if you're still on the fence on whether to hire him...I have already recommended him to my Mother for some work!! If that isn't a shoe in, I don't know what is! ; )

Excellent. Ilya and his father are very meticulous and did a great job for us. Our deck is almost 30 years old and it looks great again. We would recommend Small Restore without any reservations. Their cost to do the work at our house was fair. Their quote was not the least expensive among the quotes we received but you get what you pay for!

Ilya from Small Restore came over to give an estimate and what work was to be done. I knew just talking to him that he was who I wanted to do the job, and his estimate was more than reasonable especially considering he planned on restoring the ceiling/wall to its original state using original construction techniques of lathe and plaster. Seriously, who can you find that still has the skills to do this? Well, Small Restore can and does it to perfection. From the start to finish of job, professionalism was abundantly obvious. From day one of job start it was obvious I made the right choice. Pride in work, care about my house and belongings affected by work and daily cleanup were standard operating procedures that were much appreciated. I couldn't have been more pleased with the entire experience.

Ilya is a young man from the "old school." He takes pride in his work. When he tells you he will return your call at a certain time, he keeps his word. Came to my home to give an estimate, on time. He was polite and professional. I was impressed so I hired him. He came today to paint my room. I observed as he meticulously prepped and proceeded to paint. Excellent job. It looks beautiful. When finished, he cleaned everything just the way he found it.

Ilya literally finished painting my living & dining room about an hour ago. Not only is Ilya a very nice man, but he is also extremely professional. He made sure to cover all flooring & furniture. I didn't see a drop of paint on my hardwood. Ilya moved all my furniture back & left the area clean. On top of that he did an incredible job with painting!

Ilya did a beautiful job with the painting and repairs. I have pets and needed to be living in the house while the job was being completed. He kept his supplies organized and contained, cleaned up after every day of work, and did the rooms in an order that worked really well for yard access, cooking, all-round functionality. He also kept in touch with start and end times, which was very helpful for me to know. And I didn't have to be there every minute of every day he worked!

It was the best experience I ever had with a "handyman". Ilya, the owner of "small restore" came out to the house over a period of about 2 weeks. He fixed whatever I wanted. He is very good at dovetailing several jobs,skilled, and knows what materials and tools are the best for the job at hand.
