Responded to quote request almost immediately on a Sunday. Came out 20 min later to inspect work site. Had sewer and utility demarc folks, and his equipment out to house after another hour. Was able to get to broken section of sewer pipe 6ft down in flower bed by house and was able to work around nearby tree without having yo remove it. Start to finish after marking done was about 4 hrs. Really saved us as we couldn't use any water in the house until repair was made. Other pros who responded wanted to come out the next day to assess the situation with no commitment as to scheduling work until after that. Kevin's plumbing really saved the day (and subsequent Thanksgiving holiday week) for us.

He was great. He cammed my sewer line and showed me what was wrong. He even sent pics to my email. I had a few issues in the past and i got the sewer line rider added to my insurance. I urge anyone that has trees in front of their house to do the same. Kevin and his wife were great to deal with.

They replaced the sump pump in my basement.

He came to service my problem with the sewer line in a very efficient time frame. He made sure I was aware of what he was doing ,including a camera view at the necessary points. I feel my issues were completely resolved.

After I got home from a 13 hour work day, I noticed that my water heater had started to leak very badly. The next morning, I went onto HomeAdvisor and filled out a questionnaire. The top result was Kevin's Plumbing and Heating. I asked for a quote though HomeAdvisor. Within a few minutes, Kevin's Plumbing and Heating called me. We set up a appointment for the same day. They showed up on time. They were very professional. Their work was great! The new hot water was up in running in a much shorter time than I thought. They were very friendly. Finally, the price was dead on their quote. I would recommend Kevin's Plumbing and Heating!!

Installation of unit was good. This company failed on other services and communication. When you inquire on home advisor, he calls you back in 3 minutes. When it comes to other services, he is impossible to get a hold of and never returns phone calls. Not reliable in an emergency situation.

Needed a laundry tub pipe snaked on a Saturday. Had used the same company for years, but the last couple times they came, they left behind a long path of who knows what refuse from their equipment on the floors and gouged the basement linoleum in a number of places. The other companies we contacted before this one insisted on sending someone out for a diagnostic, in spite of the fact we have had the same problem every other year for almost 20 years and know exactly what needs to be done. Kept searching and found this company. Kevin gave us a fair price on the phone (no Saturday up-charge), came out a few hours later, unclogged the pipe in no time and left no disgusting MESS on the floor! BIG plus!!! He was pleasant and professional and even gave us a tip on how to fix another annoying issue ourselves. Highly recommend this company.

My wife and I were away from home and out of the state when we got the call from our son that there waswater all over our basement floor and no hot water. It is a Friday night and so I immediately call two other very well known and established places but neither were able to help me. It is now Saturday morning and so I decide to go onto my HomeAdvisor app and that is where I found Kevin. He answered my phone call immediately and was at my house within 15 minutes of our call. Approximately 3 hours later I had a brand new water heater installed with old one gone. He was great and did not take advantage of my dire situation. I would strongly recommend him to anyone.
