Brian was very professional and friendly. We needed to replace the A/C that died after 36 years. Since the furnace is 39 years old and has occasionally had it's flame blown out on windy, winter days, we decided to replace this at the same time. Our online research advised this also since you save on labor costs when that dies too. Brian gave us every option available and never pushed the more expensive ones. He, in fact, said we didn't need the more expensive units, that the middle options best fit our needs according to his meticulous calculations. We made our decision and we will also get a $500 NYSEG rebate as well as a $300 tax credit. I was so worried about the cost of such a project initially, but it was less than I had imagined especially with the rebates. And, there's the peace of mind I have that there's two things I won't have to worry about anymore.

Can’t say enough about the service we received from Heatwave from the first phone call to them until the completion of the job. Communication was consistent and they did what they said they were going to do. Workers were polite and friendly and cleaned up after the job was completed. Our meeting with their sales representative was very educational with him explaining the reason for the air conditioning unit recommended. We were also given a number of options that would work for us with a range of prices. We decided on a deluxe model 2 1/2 ton unit. Have to say the cost was less than what I had anticipated having to pay to replace my old unit.

My A/C unit passed on in the middle of our "heat wave" . I called Heatwave , Brian arrived, analyzed my needs to fix or replace and within a week I had my A/C replaced. My current unit had been around a very long time and was too small for my home. Brian recommended a larger unit and after a long hot summer, I couldn't be more satisfied.

It took them one day, 8 to 12 hours, for them to complete the work. They cleaned up after they completed the work.

Went well one minor problem which was corrected

It is a Trane furnace. I have not called them back because I really don't need them. They were good. I had to have a gas line put in because it was an electric gas dryer and I think that was a little steep. I told them I thought it was overpriced and he told me it was due to the materials cost. Their price for the furnace I think was comparable to several other companies that came in. They were the closest to my home. Their technicians were very on spot, they knew what they were doing. Dealing with them they were very polite. They were right on time when they said they were going to be and they did it within a day. I think they were very professional.

According to my renter, they did not even look at the water pump/boiler. They told us it needed to be replaced, which could cost multiple thousands of dollars. Had the issue fixed by a friend for only a few hundred.

Installer Chris called ahead to ask if he could come earlier, which was fine. He was very pleasant and professional, and took the time to explain all aspects of the installation and operation.

I was very happy with them! They were responsive, and did what they said they do. They were very considerate.

The contractors arrived on time & removed our old furnace, installed new one. Very friendly, professional, courteous, & clean. They did not hesitate to answer all my questions.

From start to finish, from Joe, the estimator, to Bill the crew chief, these guys were outstanding: courteous;efficient;very considerate of clean-up after each day;attention to detail; finishing job on-schedule. We have a nearly 100 year-old home without any kind of ductwork, almost 3000 sq. feet, and 4 levels. I never thought it possible to add a complete central a/c system in anything approaching a reasonable price with top equipment; These guys did it. Minimal disruption of interior space. Very ingenious design of system; Comprehensive planning; Requirement number one was trying to keep interior of home as little disrupted as possible..i.e: system should be as invisible as possible, as we have gone to great pains over the years to restore the house to its' former style and vintage feel. Heatwave was able to achieve this better than expected. The only real downside is the loss of a rather small amount of closet space,which we felt we could live with. Great job, guys. Thanks.

I contacted six different companies and Heatwave was only one who could get someone to my home that day. We had a severe weather storm just two days earlier and my furnace stopped working. The technician showed up at about 4:00pm and was there for about 1 hour. He was very polite and very professional. He explained numerous things about the furnace that nobody had told me in the past to prevent future issues. He gave me options on the repair and the price for each. I was very pleased with the work.

Fulvio came out and did and extremely detailed estimate for my furnace replacement. He took measurements of every room in the house, checked the windows, the home's age, the existing system and all of our duct work. He was extremely professional, polite and well-qualified. He ultimately gave us quotes for three different systems, information regarding the company, insurance, warranties, rebates and reviews. His estimate was slightly higher than the others, but I feel confident that Fulvio's attention to detail and professionalism is a reflection of Heatwave's quality service.
