Colleen has an unbelievable internet presence that generates thousands of hits thus allowing her clients the maximum internet exposure for the sale of their property. All you need to do is google a few keywords on Buffalo and Western New York real estate and you'll see what I mean. I believe she was named as a top Women Real Estate Bloggers (BestBuffaloHomes.com blog). I will work with Colleen again and if you're looking to sell your house you should too.
