 + 0 moreCalled Gene. He was booked for the day I needed him - but he offered me an alernative date and that worked out fine.
Description of Work: Carpets in three rooms were cleaned. One room had doggie urine stains and ordor. Stains are all gone, but odor remains. I'll call Gene to return and remove the odor. One chair badly soiled. Did a wonderful job. Very pleased.

 + -1 moreWhen I last spoke to Gene, he said anytime you need me give me a call. He tries to come whenever you need him to come. He's not one of those people who says; well I'll be out in a couple weeks when I can get to you. He is very considerate and does a very good job.

 + -1 moreTHE VACUUMS WERE NOT OVERLY LOUD, SO I WAS ABLE TO CONTINUE MY EVERYDAY ACTIVITY. THE WORKERS CLEANED MY CARPETS QUICKLY AND LEFT NO MESS. THE WORK WAS OF NO INCONVENIENCE TO ME.
