. NOAH'S ARK CONSTRUCTION is terrible. He was the strangest fellow. He told me twice that he would come out and twice he stood me up and the third time he said that he would try to make it if he is not skiing. This is his livelihood. He stood me up twice. I stood around here waiting for him. I re-arranged my schedule and the guy did not come. I will not use him in the future.

Left message on May 20 about getting an estimate for work on chimney/shoring up main beams in basement. Called me back on May 21 and said he could come on Wednesday May 26 at 5:15 P.M. Told me he would call at 4:30 on the 26th to confirm I would be there. On the scheduled date I had not heard from him by 4:35 so I called and left a message telling him I would be there and to call my cell if he could not make it. I arrived at 5:10 and waited until 6 P.M. He never showed or called, either on the scheduled date or any time after.

The quality of the work was excellent and the workers were great. The boss was on the jobsite working everyday. The cost of the job is irrelevant because every job is different. The completed job was worth everything we paid.

I interviewed a number of roofers and got estimates, and he was the only one who insisted on coming by the house and getting ON the roof before giving us an estimate. The others either did a quick drive-by or just did it over the phone with my dimensions--not a great way to initiate a roofing agreement. Not only did he fully inspect the work that needed to be done before a new roof was to be put on, but he expressed an eagerness to get this job and the willingness to match any other roofers' prices. He was able to size-up our ice-dam problems right away and offered the right solution (I did lots of research before contacting any of the roofers, and he gave us the right answer!)

They were fine, they were very punctual, they kept in contact with us, he kept us up to date. They used a two man operation but I thought that they did a very good job.

I was very pleased with the work. Pete was on the job working with his workers every day so I felt even more at ease. They cleaned up and the job was completed in about 5 days.

Excellent job. Work started when they said it would and took 8 work days (including through an ice storm and two snow storms) to complete as predicted. Workmanship is top notch and the owner was on site every day working as part of the crew of 3. Every decision along the way was explained in detail and was mine to make. No additional costs were added, although we expected some water damage but nothing significant was found. Existing siding on our fireplace chimney was left in place so that they had a base to nail the new siding. I was given the option to have it removed but was assured that the existing siding over the masonry chimney was solid. The gutter work was sub-contracted and was completed ahead of schedule following the siding work. We are very pleased with the project results, have received positive feedback from our neighbors and we feel like we have a new home. Peter was very professional and helpful from beginning to end, even letting us select the vinyl product.

Every day, they showed up on time. They were a very upfront, honest, and just a trustworthy group of people. Their quality of work was wonderful. This summer, I am planning to have them put siding on my home. They offered me a very reasonable estimate for the new roof and they stuck to it.
