I liked his attitude, professionalism and work ethic. He brought me up to speed on a few things that I didn’t know. They have new products out there. He put new products in there that were a lot better and cheaper. His work was excellent. We will be contacting him again. I called him and he said that he would come up. He gave me a time that he would be here. He was on time. I read the reviews. Everybody talked really good about him.

I called to confirm on Thursday that they would be coming on Tuesday and I had some questions about the materials and they didn’t call back so I called again on Friday.They said they didn't have me on the schedule for Tuesday. I said I saw you put it into your phone. He said he would move some things around and would still be able to make it on Tuesday. I asked him to call before he came out. Tuesday came and at 9:15 AM I hadn't heard anything, so I called the office and no one answered. I called back at 10:15 AM and his wife answered but had no idea where he was so she called him and then called me back and said he had an emergency job but he would get to me afterwords. She said she didn't know what he was doing so couldn't give me a time frame on when he would be done with the other job. I said that I would like a phone call letting me know an estimated time frame. They said they would call when he was on his way and that he would make it out some time today. So around 1 he still hadn't called so I called the office again and no one answered. I called back a little later and his wife answered and said he still wasn't done on his other job and she had her husband call me. He was kind of rude and had an attitude like too bad for you. He said it would be 3 to 4 more hours before he was done with the job he was at. He said for me to give him a call around that time and he would see if he could make it to my house. He would not give me his number, though so I could call him. Through out this whole time his wife was in California on vacation and he wanted me to keep calling her. She had no idea what was going on here every time I called so I wanted his number so I could just directly speak with him to see what was going on and if he would make it. He never showed up and I feel like I got the run around I had to keep calling and calling to get any answers they wouldn't call me to inform me of what was happening. and am glad that an unprofessional company like this didn't get to do the work I needed on my house.

He was phenominal and outstanding. I will definitely be calling him back with any plumbing problems in the future. He was extremely knowledgeable. We were very happy with his performance and the outcome of the project.

John Blanchard is a honest and hardworking person His assistant Josh is a veteran which means a lot to me. They did an excellent job of digging new poly gas line to pool heater. They also hooked up a new connection to my gas grill. Worked was excellent and John is a perfectionist. He does work as if were his home. Left job site as clean as possible. Highly recommend this company
