"In June, 2017 Perfection Roofing took a day and half to remove our 30 year old roof and replace it new, beautiful blue and gray asphalt singles on both the home and garage. A rubber roof was replaced on the back of the home, too. Also, they installed an anti-bird guard on the chimney and replace the base of chimney flashing. The experienced and knowledgeable owner was a pleasure to work with and the onsite workers did a professional job."

"Joe worked with me very closely providing an initial estimate and with any revisions. We scheduled a date and he stuck to it; we talked about possibility of work spilling into a second day given earlier sunset in late September. Work crew started early and they worked through the entire day finishing around dinner time. Work crew was detail oriented and efficient as was clean up. Joe stayed with the crew and managed suppliers delivery of new roofing materials. Overall a very good and positive experience. I solicited two other larger regional roofing companies and their estimates were detailed and thorough but their pricing was too high. Compared to NML's pricing, the other two roofers were about 25% higher."

During this past summer's latest project, one of the guys even helped me relocate my porch wreath, that held a robin's nest, to a quieter spot before the bow window was replaced!! (I replaced the wreath at the end of the day, mama robin came back, and babies started hatching the next day!) It's those extra little things that make a difference that make these guys so special!! After all, they're family men, too, and understand those random personal things that might be important to you. We highly recommend Suburban Construction for any project you need done, and not only would hire them again...we wouldn't look anywhere else!
