We are responsible for the maintenance of a Class C dam which creates and holds Rushford Lake. There is a considerable amount of commercial electronic equipment that must be maintained, repaired and updated. We must have an on call electrician that is familiar with such electronics to respond to power failures as they occur. Snyder Electric has been full filling our needs on this front for the past year and we have been very satisfied.

The job went very well. We did not have hot water, so I checked the tankless unit and noticed the vent was broken from the outside. I phoned on a Friday night, and he was there Saturday morning to fix the unit. He was quick, and professional.

The cost of replacing the fixture plus labor was far more than what I thought the situation warranted. I called Snyder Electric and told them that while it wasn't an emergency and asked if they could fix it when they had time. The electrician provided ample notice and was courteous and professional while doing the repair work. He even ignored my grumpy old dog (which I had forewarned them about) and went about his work with no hesitation. For the service call and repair I was charged a little over $93.00, saving more than $100 had I bought a new fixture and had it installed - not including any ceiling repairs that might have had to been made. I was extremely happy with Snyder Electric and they will be the first I call for all future work I may need done.

I returned home to a ruptured hot water tank. I phoned Snyder electric and he came in the morning and installed a new tankless tank for me. They were on time, professional and very careful around my stuff. The tank works great.

Snyder Electric was highly recommended as my best choice by two, long time residents in my Village. The service appointment was scheduled for 9:00 a.m. However, I received a very courteous phone call at 8:00 a.m. from Bryan Snyder to warn me that he was stil waiting for a prearranged delivery of electrical supplies to be used in repair jobs that day, further along his service route. He hoped that his potential late arrival would not inconvenience me too much or we could reschedule the appointment. No problem. Within 5 minutes of his arrival, he found the source of the atypical power outage and the power was restored to the effected parts of the house, instantly. He only charged $33.50, the basic service call charge, and explained why the problem happened and shared how to correct it, should it ever occur again. He did not tack on, what I have paid in other geographical locations, an hourly rate - minimum of 1 hour. He was also generous enough to stay a few extra minutes, going on a tour of the basement and garage, to do a free, rough estimate of electrical work I plan on being done in the near future. I was totally satisfied with Mr. Snyder's service and cost.
